Certificates, line by line
Reading the OGL/2024 numbers: Cloudbet, Stake, Vave, Shuffle and Wild.io
Cloudbet's Curaçao licence is OGL/2024/328/0599, granted on 23 May 2025 and Active when we re-opened the certificate on 31 August 2026. Four alternatives hold numbers from the same OGL/2024 series. This post shows how to read one of those certificates, what BC.Game's record says, and where the Anjouan register fits.
Five licence numbers in this post share a prefix, OGL/2024, and all five came back Active from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate portal. Cloudbet's is OGL/2024/328/0599. The other four belong to Stake, Vave, Shuffle and Wild.io. A sixth record, for BC.Game, carries an OGL/2023 number and reads Revoked.
A licence number is easy to print in a footer and takes about a minute to check. Here is what the six records say, and how to read one yourself.

How to read a certificate, in six steps
Cloudbet's certificate works as the example.
- Search by the domain you use. The portal at cert.cga.cw is indexed by domain name. Type the address in your browser bar, not the brand name.
- Check the opening sentence. A certificate begins by certifying that a named domain is operated by a named company. Cloudbet's names cloudbet.com and Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. If the domain there differs from the one you play at, the certificate covers a different site.
- Note the company number. Cloudbet's is 148526. It is the quickest way to match a certificate to the operator's own licence page. Shuffle is a clean case: its licence page, read on 8 September 2026, prints the same licence number, the same company and the same company number, 160998, as the register. It calls the regulator the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board” where the register says Curaçao Gaming Authority, a difference of name only.
- Copy the licence number in full. OGL/2024/328/0599. Compare it character by character with the footer rather than trusting a badge.
- Find the law it cites. Cloudbet's certificate, like Shuffle's, names the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, P.B. 2024 no. 157.
- Record the grant date, the status and the day you read it. Cloudbet: granted 23 May 2025, Active on 26 August 2026 and again on 31 August 2026. A status is a reading on a date, and it can change after you close the tab.

What the numbers themselves do not tell you
Two observations from the table, and they stop there.
The year in the number is not the grant year. Cloudbet's, Wild.io's, Vave's and Stake's numbers all carry 2024, and all four were granted in 2025.
The middle figure does not follow the order of grants. Wild.io's 210 was granted in April 2025, six months after Shuffle's 1337. Vave's 1676 came in May 2025, a few weeks before Stake's 1451.
The certificates we read do not explain what the segments stand for, and we do not guess. The practical point is simple: the number alone gives neither the grant date nor the current status. Only the certificate does, on the day you open it. Our records of the five Active certificates show no expiry date.
BC.Game: a record marked Revoked
Asked about bc.game on 26 August 2026, the portal returned OGL/2023/118/0060, granted on 4 March 2024 to Small House B.V., company number 164979, with the status Revoked. That is the record as printed, and it is how we describe it on every page.
The Anjouan register returns a separate entry for the same brand, ALSI-202410011-FI1, held by a different company, Twocent Technology Limited, with dates running from 2 October 2024 to 1 October 2026. Two registers, two holders, two answers on the same day. The Anjouan entry is a separate record and leaves the Curaçao one exactly as it reads.
Anjouan, the second register
The Anjouan Gaming Board keeps its own public register, and it prints differently. Numbers begin with ALSI, each entry carries both an issue date and an expiry date, and the status reads “valid” rather than “Active”.
- Wild.io: ALSI-202504044-FI2, held by Stack Gaming Ltd, 21 April 2025 to 20 April 2027. Its Curaçao holder is Nonce Gaming B.V., so the two registers name different companies for one site.
- TrustDice: ALSI-202605020-FI1, held by Satoshi Labs Ltd, 15 May 2026 to 14 May 2027, alongside Curaçao OGL/2024/664/0280 held by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V.
- Rainbet: Anjouan only, ALSI-152406029-FI2, valid to 13 June 2027.
- Cloudbet: we searched the Anjouan register for cloudbet.com on 26 August 2026 and found no entry. Its licence is the Curaçao one above.

What a licence line proves
A certificate establishes one thing: on a given day, the regulator's own portal linked a domain to a company, a number and a status. It is a necessary check and a narrow one. Payouts, ID checks and the countries a site serves are all separate questions, and the Cloudbet safety page takes them one at a time.
