Cloudbet review: a crypto sportsbook and casino since 2013, read in full

Cloudbet has taken crypto bets since 2013 and now puts a sportsbook, an esports book and a casino of about 3,000 games behind one login. We read its license, its terms and its own pages between 26 August and 6 September 2026; we did not play there with money.

Cloudbet has been running since 2013, and none of the rival sites we compare prints an earlier founding year. On 6 September 2026 its front page called itself the “#1 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook” and set three tabs side by side: Sports, Casino and Esports. This review covers all three, then the license, ID rules, coins, payouts and the offer, and closes with the places where other sites do a better job.

One thing up front. We did not deposit at Cloudbet. Our only two real-money tests were at Vave on 28 August 2026 and at TrustDice in May 2026. Every Cloudbet line below comes from its own pages, its terms or the Curaçao register, dated.

Cloudbet at a glance

Read 26 August to 6 September 2026 from Cloudbet's own pages and the Curaçao certificate portal. A dash means the documents we read give no figure.

Three tabs in the top corner say what Cloudbet is: Sports, Casino, Esports, all on one balance. The number one title is the site’s own; the licence behind it is in the register, OGL/2024/328/0599.

The sportsbook

Sports lead on Cloudbet. The front page runs a “Parlay of the Week” with $1,000 in prizes, and the promotions page carried a banner announcing that Premier League markets are live. Esports get a tab of their own instead of sitting inside the sports menu, which suits bettors who follow both.

The pages we read carry no maximum stake, no per-market limits and no margin figures, so this review prints none. What the betting side shows, and what it leaves out, is laid out on the Cloudbet sportsbook page.

The casino

The casino menu, captured by 6 September 2026, runs from Live dealer and Cloudbet Originals through Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Arcade & Crash, Game shows, Table games, Jackpot slots, Bingo & Keno, Poker, High roller and High RTP. Our records put the lobby at about 3,000 games from 40 studios.

The documents we read make no provably fair claim for Cloudbet's games. If provable fairness matters to you, Shuffle and Stake both advertise it on their originals.

License and owner

Queried for cloudbet.com on 26 August 2026, and re-opened on 31 August, the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate portal returned a Certificate of Operation. It names Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company number 148526, license OGL/2024/328/0599, issued under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (P.B. 2024, no. 157), granted 23 May 2025, status Active. The Anjouan register, checked the same day, has no entry for the domain.

An Active status is a reading with a date on it. It tells you who holds the license. Payout speed and the conduct of ID checks sit outside it.

ID checks: clause 18.1.1

Clause 18.1.1, read in an archived copy of Cloudbet's terms on 26 August 2026, says identity documents may be required and that Cloudbet may verify any customer it considers risky or suspicious. It can also ask for updated documents at any time, including after you have passed a check. The clause names no amount that triggers a request.

In practice that means documents can come at any point, from the first withdrawal onward. The clause is taken apart phrase by phrase in the Cloudbet KYC guide.

Coins and withdrawals

Forty coins sit at the cashier. They include majors such as BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP and BNB; six dollar-linked tokens, namely USDT, USDC, USDP, DAI, USDE and SUSDE; PAXG, a gold-backed token; and a tail of meme coins that runs from DOGE and SHIB to BRETT, PONKE and TRUMP. The front page also offers a “Deposit or buy crypto” route.

On speed, the front page says “90% of our withdrawals take less than 2 minutes” and advertises real-time withdrawals since 2013. The casino page shows a withdrawal board: $95.15K as the largest payout in 24 hours and $755.28K paid in total over 24 hours at capture. Those are Cloudbet's own marketing figures. No document we read publishes a processing time or a payout ceiling for Cloudbet.

The welcome offer

Cloudbet's promotions page advertises a Welcome Package worth up to $2,500 in cash, “10% rakeback from day one” and daily cash drops over the first 30 days. Cloudbet Rewards is described there as having “no rollover requirements”, and the referral scheme promises “2.5% lifetime rakeback” and “up to $2M in level-up bonuses”.

Some review sites report a 100% match up to 1 BTC. Cloudbet's own pages in September 2026 say up to $2,500, and that is the figure we use. We did not read a bonus rulebook, so wagering, maximum bet and expiry for the package are left out here.

Cloudbet promotions page with a welcome package of up to $2,500 cash, Cloudbet Rewards, a referral programme and Pragmatic Play Drops and Wins
Four offers on one screen. The welcome package promises 10% rakeback from day one for 30 days, and the Rewards card says no rollover requirements; neither line carries a clause number on this page.

Verdict

Cloudbet makes sense if you want one crypto account for football parlays, esports and a mid-sized casino, especially if you hold a coin that most cashiers skip. Its strengths are on the record: an Active Curaçao license held by a named company, 13 years of trading, and a 40-coin cashier.

Its weak spots are gaps in writing. The ID clause carries no amount, no processing time or payout ceiling appears in the documents we read, and the $2,500 headline sits on pages that do not print its wagering.

Vave, our advertiser, holds Curaçao license OGL/2024/1676/0905, Active, and runs its casino and sportsbook in one account, as Cloudbet does. Clause 8.7 still lets it ask for documents before a payout; in our test it did not, up to 5,000 USDT.

TrustDice asked for nothing until our withdrawals reached about 5,000 USDT in total. Then came a review, a Veriff link, a passport that passed on the fifth attempt and a second request by email. It holds Curaçao license OGL/2024/664/0280, Active.

The full list of Cloudbet alternatives sets these sites side by side. Whether Cloudbet takes players where you live is covered on one page, where Cloudbet works.

Betting should stay affordable. If it stops being fun, the National Council on Problem Gambling runs a helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

How long Cloudbet and its rivals have been trading is set out on Cloudbet since 2013, and shorter dated notes are on the blog.

Is Cloudbet a sportsbook or a casino?
Both. Its front page, captured on 6 September 2026, shows Sports, Casino and Esports tabs under one account, and the casino side holds about 3,000 games from 40 studios.
Did you test Cloudbet with real money?
No. Everything about Cloudbet on this page comes from its own pages, its terms and the Curaçao register, each with the date we read it. Our two real-money tests were at Vave on 28 August 2026 and at TrustDice in May 2026.
How big is the Cloudbet welcome bonus?
Cloudbet's own pages in September 2026 advertise a Welcome Package of up to $2,500. Some review sites report a 100% match up to 1 BTC instead; that figure comes from those sites, and we use the one Cloudbet prints.
When does Cloudbet ask for ID?
Clause 18.1.1 of its terms, read in an archived copy on 26 August 2026, lets Cloudbet ask for identity documents and ask again after a check has already been passed. The clause names no amount for deposits or withdrawals.
